Beautiful area!

This was such a peaceful and wonderful property for our graduate school reunion. We loved the scenic views from the nearby overlook, and the convenience to Charlottesville was unmatched.

Quiet escape

This was a very comfortable and serene stay. The house is well maintained and surrounded by beautiful trees. We enjoyed bird-watching while having our meals out on the deck. The view from the loft is gorgeous, especially with the early morning light. It was nice to be lost in the woods for a little while.

Outstanding house, property and owners! We arrived after a long drive with two young kids in the middle of the night to a spotless house and a painless check in process. The house was perfect for our family of four with plenty of space left over.

Well worth it

This home was the definition of relaxing — and beautiful . The loft was amazing , as well as the rest of the house . We stayed as a “Mother’s Day retreat” and enjoyed every second . I feel it was well worth the price . It’s close to downtown and secluded enough to make it feel peaceful . The only problem was the sticky closet door down stairs , other than that it was great .
